PRODUCT   GUARANTEE

I'm confident that you will be pleased with the quality and performance of any product you purchase from Adams Manufacturing Company. If you do have a problem with any of my products, please contact me (use "Email AdamsRadio" link at left of page). Defective components will be replaced free of charge. If you're simply not happy with the product, or the product isn't what you expected, I'll refund your money. Simple as that. I don't expect you to pay for products you aren't happy with. You don't have to explain anything to get a refund, but I'd appreciate knowing what failed to meet your expectations. Any feedback will help me to improve my products.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

There are two payment options available. Online Orders Payment can be made by credit card via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account, just a valid credit card. A flat shipping charge of 6% is applied to all orders. Shipments to the State of Michigan will automatically incur 6% sales tax. Postal/Catalog Mail Orders Check/money orders should be made payable in U.S. dollars to Adams Manufacturing Company. Use the "Printable Order Form" link at left to download and print the order form. You can also write or E-mail me and request a catalog to order from. Mail your form payment to: Adams Manufacturing Company     P.O. Box 1005     Lincoln Park, MI    48146 All orders are shipped immediately (or the next business day, as applicable).

PRIVACY   POLICY

Mailing addresses, E-mail addresses and phone numbers that you provide to me are used to help fill your order. I will use your information to contact you only if there is a question or problem with filling your order. I may occasionally send you postal or E-mail regarding new products or special offers through AdamsRadio.com. However, I do not share, sell, rent, transfer, broadcast, publish or otherwise make your information available to any third party. Period. Credit card transactions are handled through PayPal. They are a separate operation whose services I use to allow customers to purchase products online.
